What do I receive?
You receive editable digital business templates in the format shown on the product page, such as Microsoft Word or Excel files.
How is delivery handled?
After a successful payment, VentureDocs provides secure download access and sends your receipt to the email address used during checkout.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. The templates are designed to be customized with your own business information, figures, branding and content.
Can I use sample figures?
Sample figures are included in relevant spreadsheets to demonstrate how they work. Replace or delete them and enter your own figures before using the template for your business.
Do I need special software?
Word templates require Microsoft Word or a compatible editor. Excel templates require Microsoft Excel or a compatible spreadsheet application.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are generally non-refundable once download access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where VentureDocs cannot provide the purchased product. See the Refunds & Delivery policy.
