Digital delivery

Purchased templates are delivered electronically after payment is successfully confirmed. Download access is intended for the customer who completed the purchase.

Refunds

Because VentureDocs sells digital files, purchases are generally non-refundable after download access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or when VentureDocs is unable to provide the purchased product.

Duplicate or incorrect purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same individual template twice, email support with your transaction references before requesting a resolution.

Download problems

If a download fails, email support with the address used at checkout and your payment reference. We will work to restore access to the purchased files.
